3. Booking and Cancellation Policy

• Booking: Service appointments can be booked through our website, by phone, or via email. Confirmation will be sent via email or SMS.
• Cancellations: Cancellations are allowed without penalty if done at least 24 hours before the scheduled time. Cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment may incur a cancellation fee.
• Rescheduling: Appointments can be rescheduled, subject to availability, by contacting us at least 24 hours in advance.

4. Payments and Pricing

• Pricing: Service fees are based on the type of pest control service requested, property size, and pest severity. All prices are subject to change without notice.
• Payment: Full payment is due upon service completion unless otherwise agreed upon. We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and electronic payments.
• Late Payments: Invoices unpaid within 30 days may incur late fees.

5. Service Guarantees

We offer a satisfaction guarantee on our services. If pests return within a specified period after treatment, we will provide a follow-up service at no additional charge. Guarantee details vary by service and will be specified in your service agreement.

6. Limitations of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Extermination Team is not liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
• Property damage resulting from failure to follow technician instructions.
• Health issues resulting from failure to follow pre- or post-service safety guidelines.

Our total liability for any claim related to our services is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.
